We offer a convenient way for you to manage DIDs purchased from grnVoIP and any other providers. Our Customer Portal has a convenient DID Manager feature, that allows you to forward DID calls to the grnVoIP service of your choice. With this feature, you can:
Forward DIDs provided by grnVoIP to your gateway or SIP endpoint of your choosing
Forward DIDs provided by grnVoIP to to the appropriate calling card service
Forward DIDs provided by other providers to the appropriate calling card service
Connect DIDs provided by other providers to any SIP endpoint that is registered to our free SIP registrar
In addition to serving as a single aggregation point for DIDs obtained from grnVoIP and many providers, our DID Manager will also allow you to normalize dialing formats (to strip or add prefix digits), or even to replace the DNIS completely.
