Our premium termination service will always maximize your chances of completing a call. However, in cases where grnVoIP is unable to connect a call, we will always send the appropriate error or rejection code to allow your softswitch or gateway to forward route to alternative route options. When using SIP, our SIP proxy will reply with a SIP 486 or SIP 603 error message. When using H.323, our H.323 gateway will respond with cause code 34. Of course, your VoIP device must be configured to take advantage of alternative routes in order to utilize this capability. |
